This split-level home was renovated with additions to the rear of the home to enlarge the kitchen and dining rooms and to create a family room and home theater on the lower level.  The upper level was expanded to create a master bedroom suite.  Situated on a lake, the home renovations maximized the views toward the lake from all of the newly renovated rooms.  A deck completes the exterior using cable-rail so as to not obstruct the views from within the home.
