Mahwah, NJ Residence

The scope of the project for this home was to add a dormer to the bonus room over the garage to enlarge it and to bring more light into the space.  Other exterior renovations included:

• A new portico at the front entrance
• A picture window over the entrance portico
• Replace and redesign rear deck with Ipe wood deck boards
• Arched openings at new, barn-door style garage doors
• Create patio and pergola off of the side of the house
• Install traditional, working wood shutters at the windows
